Account Deletion
We respect your right to be forgotten. You can delete your TendherMom account at any time — directly in the app or by requesting deletion below.
What gets deleted
All health records, location history, chat logs, community posts, and profile data are permanently removed from our active servers within 30 days of your request.
What stays briefly
Encrypted backup copies may remain in our disaster-recovery systems for up to 90 days before automatic purging. After that, no trace remains.
Delete from the app
The fastest way: open TendherMom, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Confirm your choice and your data deletion process begins immediately.
Request deletion by email
If you no longer have access to the app, fill out the form below and we will process your request within 48 hours.
By submitting this form, you agree to our Privacy Policy and confirm that you want to permanently delete your account.
