Data Collection and Usage
Health Data
We collect pregnancy milestones and symptoms to provide health insights. This data is encrypted.
Location Data
We track your real-time GPS location only for the "RESCUE MAP" and "SOS" features. This data is only shared with your 5 designated contacts when you trigger an alert.
Contact Data
We access your contact list solely for you to select your 5 Emergency Contacts. We do not store your entire contact list.
Inactivity Monitoring
We monitor app logins to trigger the "INACTIVITY ALERT" to your partner if you are inactive for 48 hours.
Data Sharing & Security
TENDHERMOM LTD does not sell your personal or health data. We only share payment data with Apple Pay and Google Pay to process subscriptions, and we only share location data with your designated contacts during an emergency. We use industry-standard encryption to protect all transmissions.

The latest version will always be accessible here, and your continued use of TENDHERMOM ensures that you are always benefiting from our most current privacy protections and service standards.
Your Rights & Data Deletion
You may delete your account at any time via the app settings. Upon account deletion, TENDHERMOM LTD wipes all associated health and location records from our active servers.
